How do I subscribe to UKTelly?
You can get started by visiting our contact page and selecting a subscription plan. We offer monthly and annual options for single and multi-device use. Once your account is set up, you can be watching the same day.
What is the difference between IPTV and services like Netflix?
Netflix and similar services are purely on-demand — you choose what to watch from a catalogue. IPTV includes live television, giving you the same real-time experience as a traditional TV, including live sport, breaking news, and live entertainment. UKTelly also includes catch-up and on-demand content alongside live channels.
Setup
How do I install UKTelly?
Installation depends on your device. For Firestick, you enable sideloading, install the Downloader app, and use the URL from your welcome email. For Android TV, Smart TV, and iOS, full setup guides are provided in your account area after sign-up. Most users are watching within ten minutes.
Do I need any special equipment?
No additional hardware is required. You need a compatible device (Firestick, Smart TV, phone, tablet, computer) and a broadband connection of at least 15 Mbps for HD content. That is all.
How fast does my broadband need to be?
For standard HD viewing, 15 Mbps is sufficient. For 4K UHD content, we recommend at least 25 Mbps with a stable connection. If multiple people in your household are streaming simultaneously, a higher plan will reduce the risk of any degradation.
Can I use UKTelly on multiple devices at the same time?
Yes. Depending on your subscription tier, UKTelly supports simultaneous streaming on up to five devices. Each device can be watching a different channel at the same time.

Does UKTelly work on Firestick?

Can I watch UKTelly on my Smart TV?
Yes. UKTelly supports Samsung (Tizen), LG (webOS), Sony (Android TV), Hisense (VIDAA), and other major Smart TV platforms. If your TV runs Android TV, setup is particularly straightforward.
Is there an iOS app?
Yes. UKTelly is available on iOS for iPhone and iPad. Due to App Store restrictions on some IPTV applications, we provide specific installation instructions for iOS devices when you sign up.
Does it work on Apple TV?
Yes. Apple TV (4th generation and above) is fully supported. Many of our subscribers prefer Apple TV for its speed and picture quality, particularly for 4K content.

Yes. Seven-day catch-up is available for all major UK channels. You can rewind and watch missed programmes at any time within the catch-up window.
Are sports channels included in HD?
Yes. All Sky Sports and TNT Sports channels are available in HD as standard. Select matches and events are available in 4K UHD where the original broadcast supports it.
Do you carry international channels?
Yes. Alongside the full UK lineup, UKTelly carries channels from across Europe and internationally, covering news, entertainment, and sport in multiple languages.

What subscription options are available?

Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with no penalty. Annual subscriptions include a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
What payment methods are accepted?

Is there a refund policy?
